What you learn in the first year
Transaction materials
Write an executive summary, an information memorandum and a deck that an investor reads to the end, in Spanish and in English.
Process
Build investor and buyer lists by thesis, run a process calendar, coordinate a data room and answer due diligence without losing a single version of the information.
