Baldemar Reynasáenz

Baldemar Reynasáenz is a senior consultant at G2 Investment Banking. He joined the firm as a junior consultant, responsible for strategy and business development engagements, and today works on the financial analysis and diagnosis of companies across industries, with a focus on fintech, insurtech, healthtech and application technologies.

His work concentrates on the part of the process that happens before an investment committee reads a document: the analysis of market opportunities, the identification of trends, the search for competitive benchmarks and the diagnosis of company performance. On that basis he evaluates business models and contributes to the strategic and commercial plans that underpin a capital raise or a sale process.

Before G2 he was a consultant at TKI Toluca on strategy, talent management and marketing campaign projects, and worked on strategic planning and talent management at Cruisible Entertainment and at Casa Bambú.

He studied Business Strategy and Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
