Laura Araujo is responsible for treasury and administration at G2 Investment Banking. She joined the firm as a junior consultant and, through her commitment and problem-solving ability, became a key part of its operation: she coordinates administration, institutional communications and relations, and the organization of courses, workshops, events and meetings nationally and internationally.
As a consultant she handled applications for public funding, including programmes of the National Entrepreneur Institute (INADEM) and the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACyT), and followed up on the proper execution of those resources. She has also coordinated civil society organization programmes in collaboration with public institutions.
Before G2 she built her career at Servicios a la Juventud A.C., where she rose to national coordinator of the Intel Programme and rolled it out across twenty-five states, preparing funding proposals, work plans and reports. At the Instituto Salesiano de Estudios Superiores she was coordinator of educational promotion and outreach.
She holds a degree in international relations from UNAM and completed a seminar on social project planning at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia.
